Prior to wearing or washing your mask you should inspect the product to ensure it is as described on the website and is without faults.

If you believe your product to be faulty you can return the product to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase. You must explain the fault and once received by our team we will inspect and provide you with either an alternative product or a refund, if we deem it to be faulty.

If a refund is performed, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase via our third-party payment platform. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product has been damaged in any way, has been washed or worn, or you have changed your mind, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.
